Terms of Use

1. Who we are

getcodeaudit.com (the "Service") is operated by Cruzetec Solutions, a partnership firm registered in India (GSTIN 03AAQFC5394M1ZW), with its registered office at Cruzetec Solutions, Mohali ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using this Service you ("you", "user", "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service offers paid, on-demand security scans, expert manual testing, and report tools. Current offerings include the automated "Pentest" tier ($19.99 USD per target), expert manual testing, and a report builder. Current prices are always shown at checkout. Additional tiers may be offered in future.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to produce accurate and useful security reports, we make no warranties — express or implied — that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular purpose.

3. Your account and orders

The Service does not require account creation. You place orders by providing your email address and payment at checkout via Razorpay. By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The email address you provided is yours and can receive email.
• For pentest orders: the additional confirmations in our Pentest Terms of Service are true.
• The payment method you use is yours, or you are authorized to use it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scan, probe, or test any system you do not own or have explicit written authorization to test.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our scanners.
• Resell or redistribute the reports we generate without our written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service (overwhelming our scanners with orders, attempting to use the scanners against our own infrastructure, etc.).
• Misrepresent reports as having been produced by anyone other than GetCodeAudit.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Indian or international law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and ban users who breach these conditions, without refund.

5. Payment

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Prices are shown at checkout, and the amount charged is displayed before you confirm payment. Payment confirms your order.

Applicable taxes (such as Indian GST where it applies) are handled per the relevant law and shown where required. Tax invoices can be requested by emailing support@getcodeaudit.com with your order number.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the separate Refunds and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual property

The scanner software, scanning methodology, report templates, and all associated content on getcodeaudit.com are the intellectual property of Cruzetec Solutions. We license to you, the customer, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

• Receive and read the report we generate for you.
• Share the report internally within your organization.
• Share the report with auditors, prospective customers, or other third parties as part of demonstrating your security posture.

You may not republish or commercially redistribute our reports without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
• We are not liable for any consequences of your acting (or failing to act) on the findings in a report we generated.
• We are not liable for security incidents at your target that we did not detect, or that occurred after our scan.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cruzetec Solutions, its partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms or the Pentest Terms of Service.
• Your unauthorized testing of any system you didn't have the right to test.
• Your misuse of any report we generated.
• Any third-party claim arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms. On termination, any pending order is forfeited (subject to the Refunds Policy).

You may stop using the Service at any time. No subscription means there's nothing to "cancel" — just don't place new orders.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We'll notify customers with orders in the last 90 days by email about material changes.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at S.A.S Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence. Where such mandatory local law applies, it prevails over this clause to the extent of any conflict, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction where that law gives you the right to do so.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications outages, or hosting provider failures.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that achieves the same intent to the maximum extent permitted.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, the Pentest Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refunds Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and Cruzetec Solutions regarding the Service.
