How refunds work

Manual penetration tests (20% deposit + 80% balance). The 20% deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of payment, as long as manual testing hasn't started yet. After work has begun, or for concerns about a delivered report, raise a request above — our team reviews each case and may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days. For anything urgent, email support@getcodeaudit.com.

Automated scans ($19.99 self-serve) are not handled here — a failed scan is refunded automatically, and for any other automated-scan payment issue, email support@getcodeaudit.com.
